Strength Training For Women
:) Finally, something logical was written. I must say that I agree a 100%. Ive been training for the last year at six days a week (every 8-12 weeks, a full week off) with aerobic & weight training and I must say that weight training is what gets you nice shaped legs, arms etc. You cant get a good body by eating a low calorie diet as its not sustainable & only doing cardiovascular training
