Last Entry Posted Oxygen 4 High Output
Hey friends,
just as I promised Im back to talk more about the benefits of Oxygen 4 High Output. First and foremost I didnt understand how important the supply of O2 really was until I did some intense research on the subject. First I want to talk more about Oxygen Dept so we all have a clear understanding of what it is and how it happens. OD is the oxygen that must be replaced or paid back to not only the muscles but also to the other systems in the body.
The oxygen need for us to perform the heavy bench press, squats, is no small feat and in fact it takes time to build. There is a max level of oxygen thats consumed during intense training and this is called Maximal oxygen uptake. This uptake will not reach its max level over night it takes hard work, dedication and focused training and our levels will increase over time. Once reached we must maintain this high level or we will lose it. the seasoned body builder or athlete has two to three times the capacity of a non athlete.
Even after we reach this this high level of performance we still have to deal with Oxygen dept and lactic acid. Lets visit the subject of oxygen dept and its relation to Lactic acid and ATP. If you are bench pressing 350 for 14 reps or on you last set of squats sooner than later the energy required by that body part will exceed the oxygen supply available to that muscle group. When that happens the muscles get their oxygen from the breakdown of stored ATP which only last up to two to three reps at best. When this ATP is used up the body produces additional ATP without the use of oxygen, this is called anaerobic glycolsisi witch produces lactic acid. Even though this lactic acid is transported to the liver where it is converted into glucose and glycogen for later use when needed, we can still only push out some many reps before the muscles stop flexing.
How do we overcome this problem and push out a few more reps and in turn see the results we want faster  You guessed it, the use of canned oxygen will help tremendously. First you will want to take a 1 to 3 shots before you heaviest set or max reps to give you extra energy to push out those last few reps. Also it can be used to quickly replace or repay the oxygen dept which will do four very important things for us.

1. Restore Glycogen.
2. Remove lactic acid.......YES
3. Restock ATP.
4. Restore oxygen in the myoglobin which is a compound similar to hemoglobin found in muscles.

There you have it friends and keep you eyes open for OxiPro1000/ Oxygen 4 High Output coming soon. Until then Train hard and stay focused.

Thank,

AweNatural.
