This all looks pretty good, and very close to the diet I have arranged for myself. I usually stay away from the jerky though because of the dextrose it contains.

For those with a heathy pancreas, the cheat meals/ days are a good idea. I have reactive hypoglycemia. Due to this I am so friggin' insulin sensitive, and with carbs, my pancreas pumps gallons of the stuff.

I eat very clean and my deliberate carbs come from 200 cals (9 grams of carbs) of peanuts, 1-2-times per week. All the rest of my carbs come from veggies and a little cheese. When I need to cheat, I loosen the diet up to where I'm doing Atkins-lol.

I'm down nearly 50 lbs, and the energy is up.

Thanks for posting this. It looks like a good plan for lots of people.
