gettin big....But not Ripped like i want
hey guys
Ive been lifting often since hockey season got over now...and ive been gettin big..
But what i really want is Definition and to be Ripped. I lift almost everyother day and do all the normal lifts that there is. THen after my workout i come home and drink protein and usually have a protein drink twice a day...whether i lift that day or not
But what i really wanna know is why im not gettin ripped but just getting bigger
Any thoughts?
