my diets good...and im very much qualified for skinny and in shape.
A little things here and there and i think those little things are keeping me from getting to exactly where i want to be.
i jsut started to get my running everyday back up (got hurt from hockey and it stopped) and plus hockeys usualy a decent workout to
but i think from now on i gotta really cut down the small extra stuff and thatll help alot
