Greetings Apache! This is my first post... and here is my little rant about what i know about ripped fuel.....
Try taking it with aspirin. WARNING this makes it stronger. I found this out years ago, mimicking a supllement that was essentially ripped fuel with aspirin. Aspirin, caffeine, and ephedrine together give the body a "thermogenic effect" meaning your temperature is raised and you will burn more fat. Avoid suger, and get a good healthy balance of of protein, carbs and healthy fat. Your blod sugar will be stabilized. Chromium in ripped fuel helps to stabilize blood sugar also. Synepherine alkaloids (derived from citrus) in the new ripped fuel do effectivly replace ephedrine akaloids as a stimulant. Carnitine makes your muscles fast. If you take a normal dose of 2 ripped fuel pills, try reducing it to 1 1/2 with 1/2 325 mg aspirin pill. Or better yet, use white willow bark instead ( 2-3 grams?) . You should notice an increased calorie consuption. I started taking ripped fuel to help me run, as ephedrine is a bronchialator. I'm not sure if the synepherine has the same effect. Since then (much later) , I've gone through a phase where i was smoking and would run up a motorcycle trail carrying my bike WHILE SMOKING!!!! I've quit smoking now though, and somehow after all that filterless smoking, my lung feels great! Joking Aside, I've found the best results by always changing my intake and habbits for that matter also. Dont get set up on a pattern, it will doom you to dependency. Always Change your program up a bit, espescially with regueard to the use of stimulants. Keep your body guessing, (normal dose one day, reduced dose with asppirin another, etc.) Remember that this supplement does nothing by itself, without your own hard work and effort. It should be used as a tool to jump start yourself to be able to perform that way without it. Remember that dependency on such stimulant chenicals is a weakness.
