Well actually it's FP's decision I think; who I suspect consults the moderators. I, we, BigDogs and TopDogs just have this title because of our anciennity, rep points received. I mean I, and most Dogs don't have jack s**t to say about what's goin' on; at least that's my impression. And I'm lucky that it's that way.
