O.K., a little update, cause what stands here, is not up to date!

Quickfile doesn´t exist anymore!

Nearly all files at EF are on www.rapidshare.de!

You may upload files up to 100 MB and split-files are allowed!

If you don´t have a free account, you may download 100 MB each hour. To get more, you have to disconnect from internet and delete all cookies. Then get back to rapidshare. Should work now for another 100 MB.

Better is to get a premium account!

1 month: 9,90 EUro
3 Months: 24 Euro
6 Months: 44 Euro
1 year: 79 Euro

Downloadaccelerator like Flashget are allowed!

You have a better downloadspeed, your uploadfiles are hosted as long you are premium member and for each download of your files, you get one point.
So for 10000 downloads, you get one month free membership!

So, its a good option!
