Firstly thanks for all input i dont think ill be wearing them on my ankles if they cause that kind of injury, but yea i have been weight training for 4-5months now but before that i was doing alot of press ups, sit ups and pull ups for a year before going into weight training.
And i got the idea from dragon ball Z lololol
