If you want a decent post workout drink, mix complex/simple carbs with your whey powder in a 2:1 ratio (respectively). I blend 1 scoop of whey with .5 cup oatmeal and about 1 TBSP honey - - it tastes great.
Two-hundred and fifty dollars a month is nothing compared to what we pay for groceries... In fact, it comes close to half of what we occassionally spend.

I tried that it tastes terrible, Ive been just drinking the half of the gatorade preworkout, and drinking the other half after than taking protien seperate. I tried mixing the gatorade with the protien and that tastes terrible. Its better to do it seperate
