Id appreciate it if you could elaborate a little on your new diet.
Im heading into my fifth day tomorrow of the Velocity Diet and I feel great, the question of whether or not you have to use Biotest products have been answered. The results Ive gotten are simply remarkable and I havent even used anything from Biotest, ive used 100% Optimum Whey and Gatorade and pretty much followed Mean Machines Velocity Diet blog. I have also refused to take the Hot Rox capsules as I believe they're harmful and are grossly overpriced. My weight has gone down from 212 -> 211 ->209.5->208 on the morning of the fourth day. My body already looks alot better, my pecs (I do have pecs!) are more visible and stomach flatter, I did experience the same light headedness in the Gym that Mean Machine did. Ive corrected for that by drinking half a Gatorade before and than half afterwards and limiting myself to 15-20 sets total. I will make a blog of what Ive been doing the last 4 days with all of the specifics I have it all written down. Id also like to add that its very difficult to sleep on this diet (as all low carb diets), make sure you read a book before you go to bed as its proven that is the best thing to do, to help yourself sleep naturally and it works. Also, might wanna try getting some sleep medicine incase that doesnt work and you have something important the next day to do. I tried Unisome it didnt work that well, Ive been using NyQuil and that works great (judging by past experiences as I havent used it on the diet because I was out), its not ment for that, but Im still looking for the right sleep aid. Mean Machine appears to of had this problem also as on non working days he takes milk before he goes to bed hoping it will help him sleep.
Thanks for your postings Mean Machine, I wouldnt have been able to do this diet without your work!
