O.K I've read this diet and these posts to many times not to go on it. So starting Monday I WILL begin a 28 day overhaul. Ill post problems, side effects, results e.t.c as I go along, as well as a picture of the finished results. This means no more titty bars, beer, cheese burgers and cheap cigarretes. I'm going to go on the strict diet no cheats at all. If I don't complete it you all have the right to call me a pussy. Monday, May 29
