Reading always does it for me. Doesn't even have to be a book. A cateloge, magazine, or newspaper seem's to work fine. Sometimes it takes quite a while for your mind to unwind and relax. So, if you work later hours, you could be up for a while, even though your body is tired. I personally have a couple of beers nearly every night, but sometimes I'm still just to "wound-up", so the reading seems to really help. Good luck my friend.
