That was the nicest thing I've read in a long time!!! Thank you a million times over!!! :-) It's funny, I've always had a complex about my square little face growing up until in my early twenties an old boyfriend pointed out that many famous female movie stars had square jaws as well. I began to feel better about it and it's a good thing, because once I embraced the lifestyle of fitness and learned to get lean, it got worse. :-) I still prefer my face with a little exta pudge but now that I've been super lean, it's tough to allow myself to gain much weight. I prefer to stay lean year round. Vanity, I guess! LOL!
As for starting a thread about nutrition and supplements...I will certainly do that once my website is up and fully functional. I am swamped right now with getting that and some other projects going. I love those topics though, so you will definitely hear from me in that section at some point! :-)

fitness where you can help with your expierience.
I would love to participate in there ;-).
And believe me if you work hard on you, like you already do,
