I have posted about topic AM I EATING OK
shows i am eating just under half a cup of carbs (brown rice) each meal with fish or chicken ...
is this a problem as i am not trying to bulk up but to lose body fat on the chest and waist without the muscle having to suffer.
should i knock rice on the head and just use my broccolli green beans and sprouts for carbs?????
