Hi Daniella,

Thank you for the compliments. I am indeed very skinny compared to Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ronnie Coleman and many other bodybuilders. No, I don't compete in anything else. I am just a recreational athlete exercising to keep fit.

One reason why I prefer to work out at home is that I like doing calisthenics and bodyweight exercises like pushups, crunches, and bodyweight squats and lunges. These exercises can all be done in the comfort of my bedroom. I also have two little pairs of dumbbells at home. I usually exercise with high reps and light weights which do not build big muscles. That's one more reason why I am so skinny.
