If he cant figure it out, he will send you on to an orthopaedist. It is likely you suffered a partial biceps tear that healed and scarred down a bit....sounds like you are straining or stretching out that scar tissue (adhesions) , which isnt always a bad thing if you get your full range of motion back.
The veins looking different? No biggie. Everyone has different patterns of vascularization...the veins on my right arm look totally different than the ones on the left...the zig-zag pattern doesnt mean anything significant.
