Default Controlling cholesterol with massive eating

I just started eating a lot more calories to try and gain some weight, and I noticed that a lot of my foods contain a fair amount of cholesterol.

I eat 5 meals a day and have either meat or fish with each meal. The meats I eat are turkey, ground beef, and chicken breasts, which from what I've looked up all have a lot of cholesterol.

I'm only 19 and don't have any health issues, should I be worried about the amount of cholesterol I'm getting from all this meat? I thought about substituting tofu in for some meat products, but I've heard a lot of mixed results on the health risks involved in soy.

Any comments are appreciated, thanks.
