2 cups skim milk
1 tbsp natural honey
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 ripe banana
4 large strawberries

1 cup skim milk
1 ripe banana
handful of almonds (12-15)
1 tbsp natural honey

Chocolate Almond Banana Berry Shake
2 cups skim milk
1 cup plain yogourt
handful of almonds (12-15)
1 raw egg
1 ripe banana
1 cup frozen berries (blackberries, blueberries, strawberries or mixed)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Vanilla Banana Berry Shake
1½ cups skim milk
1 cup frozen berries (blackberries, blueberries, strawberries or mixed)
1 ripe banana
½ cup dry rolled oats
1 tbsp natural honey
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Tropical Island Shake
2 cups pineapple juice
1 ripe banana
5 large strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
3-5 ice cubes
Fruit Cocktail Shake
1½ cups skim
2 cups fresh mixed fruit (eg. strawberries, banana, seedless grapes, pineapple, peaches)
1-2 tbsp natural honey
5-6 ice cubes
2 tbsp low-fat cottage cheese
