I am already pass all of that. 8 minute mile is what they have you run every day when you are in the weeks of pt. As for the push ups I am good with that I am not really fat like I said I have a gut but even then u see lines for the 4 of the 6 pack. I am just very broad and I am pretty solid except in the gut lol.
I just don't know if I am taking the right things right now. Also if I am going about this the right way to just lose the weight overall. I would like to get back to a solid 190 - 200 but I am not sure what I should be doing to get there.
Academy is 20 weeks I think.
