haha. Well im kinda like (6'8") and like i weigh 215. And im pretty active. I need 3600 calories to sustain me, and on some occasions i might need 4000 to sustain. lols.
When you cut, be sure to not make the deficit too much, because then you will lose lbm( lean body mass). i think this happened alittle with me.
