Hi gals, hope you all remember me, I used to post here a lot at the start of the year. Well, I have been heaps busy and unfortunately not very motivated to work out lately, althought I've still been keeping fit. I really want to get right back into it, any sort of inspiration of encouragement would really be great. Any motivational link or diet ideas would be awesome.
