angel, i fry with olive oil also no problem, extra virgin would be best. When i say fry i mean like for fried eggs or whatever, not deep fry, deep fried is very bad.
Pizza for lunch was a bad choice, if you consumed 4 slices, bread and all like you have listed there. That had to be like 1200 calories right there just with the fat from cheese and grease, high carb on the bread and very little protein if there was meat.
It sounds like by reading your other posts that portion control is an issue for you, it was for me too at first. Try eating just 1 to 1 1/2 serving of each item that you have for your meals for a few days, instead of 3 banannas for a meal, eat a bananna, a cup of green beans, 4 ounces of cottage cheese. Its a lot of heavy food, low in calories and high in good nutrients like protein and fiber.
Nice work on the cardio today btw, cardio is hard to do for lengths of time, i think your 30 min goal is great for beginners.
