I know that high quality vitamin E is recomended soon after tissue damage, even scars.
How long have they been there? If it is within a year or so then you are good!! but also it depends on how much bigger you got than you were supposed to. Some women overeat and get even bigger, carrying more fat than needed while pregnant and others seem to balance pregnancy weight with lower fat gains. If you were on the larger end then the stretch marks may take longer and may only get so healed but still should get some results which are better than nothing. The fact that you are working on diet and training gives you extra advantage with the cream, they wall work together! Make sure you get your fat from udos oil, it helps the skin, but using it means keeping the rest of the diet lower in fat, its a great fat - and I mean to ingest it not rub it on the stretch marks - just to make it clear.......hahahah
