Hi,
I work around a heavily populated area, but very few shops sell anything remotely healthy. I start work around 7am n finish at 9pm. Due to my long hours, my metabolism has shot right down and i have put weight on, roughly 2 stones over weight and havnt done anything about it for a year. My cardio level has gone down the drain. I cant run on a treadmill at full speed for more than a minute

even with jogging, i can barely job for 2 minutes. I can only work out on week ends for an hour before i end up going work again.
I aint sure what i should be eating, and i always eat from out side because all my mates do, but they hav extremely flexible times so they can go gym willingly at any time.
Lately, these are the kind of meals i been having:
Morning - Branflakes or Crunchy Nut cornflakes with Soya Al Pro milk.
Afternoons(at work) - Can vary from any of the following:
- Dominos Pizza - 8 Slice(not very big) with the following toppings -- Sundried tomato and garlic sauce, mozzarella cheese, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, herbs
or....
Jacket Potato + Tuna(in mayo) + beans/cheese
or...
Chicken Tikka In Naan
The menus are quite limited, and sometimes i tend to run low on cash, so sometimes, in exchange for a chicken tikka in naan(£4.50), i get a burger n chips with a drink (£2.50).
Any of those foods will keep me going without starvation until 8pm.
When i go home, i eat cornflakes with soya milk again.
Even with this cycle, i put on weight. I hav a good source of water to so water aint a problem.
Help?
