well those 8 slices of dominos dont do you any good ecspecially if you have a job that requires very little activity wich you didnt mention...... all the fat and carbs at lunch and if your sitting behind a desk arent good for you. now i can see if you work construction heavy labor then those 8 slices wont hurt but for the majority of jobs thats way to many calories only to go sit down after lunch. as bouncer said pack a lunch!
walk to work or bike ride if feasable. the main thing is diet and more cardio need to be stepped up. without more cardio even just a brisk walk in morning and evening will benefit you tremendously. good luck. step up the cardio!
