Now I am the last person you will find at the gym, but I do eat properly. I sit at a desk all day long and I have found that snacking on certain vegtables during the day along with a home made lunch helps me maintain my weight. Due to the lack of movement stay away from the heavy carbs.
Instead of going out for lunch bring your lunch then take a walk after your done eating. I guess the most important thing is don't use lack of time as an excuse but use the time you have to your advantage.
I know this is weird but some times I go to the bathroom and use the counter to do some push ups. I find this wakes my body up a little and helps me get a little exercise during the day.
