You should also try breaking down the meals... it's best to have 5 small meals rather than 3 big ones... at the rate your body is burning calories it's not burning most of them because you are packing it down with too many calories... and inturn converting them to fat... so you have to keep refueling your body little by little. You should definitely start looking at healthier meals.. pizza is NOT healthy... no matter if it has veggies on it... cheese has a lot of fat and so does the dough; stick to low-fat meals when shopping at the grocery stores (read the labels!!) and if eating out go for the whole grains, veggies, fruits and lean meats.
