i really dont have a weight goal i figured i would just go with the flow and see what happens with my weight situation....
i think i kinda want to lose a little weight.....so can i continue on doing what im doing and let the weight just drop off by itself? but refering to Number1points comments i dont want to lose any muscle or take away from muscle gains....
