I agree with brining your own food to work. That pizza isn't helping you at all, especially when one piece probably contains enough calories for a couple of smaller meals.
Multiple meals consisting of proteins, fruits/veggies, and carbs/fats. You said water is no problem, so that's easy.
Lots of veggies and fruits always help fight hunger. Eat something full of fiber and drink lots of water. Eat every couple of hours.
