yeah dude that sounds real wierd...threadstarter, i dont recommend you doing that...i dont think it will help much!
anyway one quick and easy way to improve your diet is at night dont eat those corn flakes...the carbs will just sit in you when you sleep and store as fat...not a good thing
instead replace that with some chicken or beef and veggies (i do canned corn or green beans)... got a george forman grille for christmas so making that meal is as simple as plugging it in and slapping the meat on there.
i can picture me being in your shoes tho. right now im a college student but when i graduate in May and start working as an accountant in August i will shortly have your lifestyle... work from 8-7 or 8, having no life, you know?
just try and make the most of your time on the weekends i guess...i dont know what some of you are saying about go for a walk on lunch... if your like me i dont think walking in a business suit is much fun or comfortable.
oh and go out and buy yourself a box of protein bars...the low sugar detour bars are great. 32g of protein and taste is awesome, that should be a quick fix for one of your meals....now you gotta work on the other 4
