Also, now that you are concerned that you have a "sleeping problem" you are likely to psych yourself into actually having one. If you lay in bed and worry about getting good sleep, you probably won't! Maybe you can get some relaxation CDs to make sure you can focus on something calming as you fall asleep. You might check into using lavender. The scent is quite calming and could be beneficial if you have it around you as you sleep. Some teas will also calm you (lavender, chamomile, etc)
