Agree with both of you guys. I'll add that I hate the people who do the "partial rep" workout, using huge weights and only moving it about 1/3 of the ROM. Also can't stand those who do exercises that make you wonder what they are...and I don't mean real exercises. I'm talking about those with either poor form or just a complete lack of understanding of how the exercise is supposed to work that they end up doing some sort of weird mutation of something.
