When I used to belong to a gym there was one guy who slammed the weights around all the time. The dude was a powerhouse and would bench 500+ for reps and as he loaded the plates he made sure they clanked really loud so everyone would look over to see the massive weights he was piling on. When he did deadlifts he would literally drop the weight and it felt like the entire gym shook. It's like... yeah... good for you dude... you're super strong... we're all very impressed. Now try not to destroy the floor.
Other things used to annoy me too. Now I workout at home and except for an occasional "Honey can you come here and help me re-align the pictures on the wall", nothing bugs me when I workout anymore.
