People that answer their cell phones during their workouts. Almost no one is that important.

Chatty Kathys

Partial reppers

People who don't shower, or wash their gym gear

Out of shape men in tight Underarmor shirts, women in tight lycra pants

Sleeveless shirts on people who need sleeves

Guys who dance, sing, scream, etc... to the music on their headphones

Chalk users

Guys who are strong enough to get out the big dumbbells to show off, but can't show off further by putting them back

People who continually screw up the order and placement of the weight racks

Given my background in exercise physiology it irks me to hear trainers and gym patrons tell others how to do exercises, because so often they are not only misinformed, but wrong altogether. I have to bite my tongue when I see people performing exercises improperly as well, but it's easier than having them think I'm a know-it-all ass and then have to explain my credentials to them, just to have them argue with me. Good times!
