Before anything please apologize my english, Iīm not american. When my wife wanted the BA I was the one doing all the research, she was so excited that she wanted to get under the knife right away.

I got into a lot of forums and read a lot of news and plastic surgeons profiles. I can tell you the things that helped us a lot, the first thing is to look for pictures of women with the kind of breast you want, print them and show them to the surgeons, let him know what you like about the picture it can be the size, shape, cleavage, projection, etc.

Try to identify if the surgeon wants to please your wife with the results or if he wants to do things his way, I mean they can guide your decision but donīt let them choose for you. After all the one carrying the implants would be your girlfriend and she must be 100% sure she is getting what she wants. I can tell you that itīs really important to look at before and after pictures of breast augmentation and to see the kind of implants and placement. My wife had Mentor 550 cc silicon implants, high projection, under the muscle. She tryed on different sizes placed with a bra and I took pictures so she could check them out later as many times as she wanted. The surgery is more painful if the placement is under the muscle, and the larger the implant the longer the recovery.

My wife trains a lot, six to seven times a week, she runs a lot and rides her bike, and even though she has big implants, since they are placed under the muscle they donīt bounce that much and they move just a little when she flexes the muscle, not a big deal. When placed over the muscle will bounce everywhere and the might drop out of shape.

The incision is kinda up to the surgeon, they master one technique better than other. Be sure to choose the incision they do better and you will get better results.

Well I guess you have some homework to do man, help her as much as you can, and support her because they tend to feel sad during the recovery. Ice is great for pain. I made a lot of zip lock bags filled with alcohol gel mixed with water (1/2 and 1/2) and kept them in the fridge for use when needed.

Let me know if thereīs something else you need, Iīm not a surgeon or doctor but I read a lot and ask a lot. Good luck!!
