actually this isnt the proper thread for a response such as this but i have 2 bite towards this one, your post got me hook line and sinker....lol
out of curiousity i find lots of people in the beginning feeling their legs are big enough so they dont train them. one thing they all have in common is sure they may have decent sized legs but cant squat or dead anything considered a decent amount. lack of leg work even affects bench and everything else not allowing your body to its fullest potentials.
thats still no reason not to train them, you can always step up the cardio with running and keep them from growing any bigger with this method after workouts. i have to were relaxed fit or baggy fit in order to fit my legs in jeans. are you the same way or are you still in normal straight leg jeans?
