i yell at people as i pass them all the time who are fucking around on their phone as they drive 10 mph below the speed limit. I make it a point to slow down just enough to ride beside them, roll my windows down and yell at them to get off the fucking phone and drive. I know thats illegal in some states to talk while driving, i wish it were in all states, at least require a headset, handsfree or something. Fuckers now a days are texting and emailing as they drive. I see it every day.
That alone would be enough for me to never ever ride my bike anywhere around a city or even a busy road. I say those who do are absolutely an inconvenience to society simply because society, the ones on their phones not paying attention, are the majority.
