Running a marathon and getting over aches and pains
So its been a few years since I've run the Rock and Roll Marathon in San Diego. I'm a few years older and a little out of shape. When I signed up for a half marathon in July I thought it would be a breeze to get back into running in the mornings.
Now I wake up every morning and have aches and pains! Getting older sucks! I've started taking Stolle RECOVsport to help with post-exercise muscle and joint pain, but does anyone else have any suggestions? Thanks!
