+1 on water getting god-awfully boring. I've looked at a few of the flavor packages (crystal light, lipton, etc) -- I couldn't find any that didn't contain some sort of fake sugar (aspartame, sucralose, splenda), which is kind of a deal-breaker for me. I think while they may technically be zero carb, I just don't believe it's actually true -- I've yet to see a study or a personal anecdote of people losing weight from switching from regular soda to diet. So I (personally) just think that they're a lie.

I don't know if you get the same health benefits of tea from the flavor packets -- I just end up making (real) tea all day long, and drinking liters of the stuff. And just sucking it up and drinking a ton of regular H2).
