abs are a muscle just like any other. they are used more by the body for stabilization though. So they are used to lots of reps. So stay heavy and keep the reps high. like 15-20 for abs is like 6-8 for other body parts. but for training them every day? depends on what results you want. if they need to be bigger, train them heavy 5 days a week. more defined? higher reps, 4-6 days a week + cardio 4-6 days a week
