Arm cramps
After I do an arm workout my biceps and upper forearm will cramp up on me if I flex my arm. I have tried drinking more water, eating bananas, taking a cal-mag supplement, and drinking electrolyte water instead of plain water. This is been happening for months and it is really starting to bug me. I have had blood tests done and all my levels are in the normal range.
I was working arms alone totaling 10-11 sets for bis and the same for tris. Today I switched and did back with bis, with 10 sets for back and 7 sets for bis. Am I just overtraining or do you think there is an underlying problem. I even spent 20 minutes in the hot tub after my workout today.
