My diet right now looks like this

breakfast - oatmeal and 3 wholeeggs (if no time for eggs whey protein shake)

a.m snack - fruit, protein bar, peanuts or trail mix. something small

lunch - sandwich, peanut butter or turkey.. always on 100% whole wheat with a peice of fruit like an orange or bannana

about an hour or so before my workout i have something small.. w.e is left over of my lunch if i packed extra or a whey shake.

right after my workout I have a whey shake and a fast acting carb

when i get home i make 2-3 peice of chicken breast, baked potatoe or brown rice and i split all of this food up into two meals i eat most of it for my dinner then finish the rest off about 2-3 hours later.

I drink a glass or two of milk once in a while and i have fruits and veggies scattered throughout my day.

I don't think at 19 there is any reason for this. Especially for me, I give it my all in the gym and get lots of sleep. Most people my age are eating fast food like its going out of style and never see the gym and they dont have these problems.

also, toro. You said im too young to be taking test-enhancing products. Well right now my test levels should be in their prime and i can barley cut it at the bottom of the "average" scale. Where will that leave me when I'm 40 if its not fixed now? I'll probably be in jovian shoes by then.
