you mentioned you experienced problems...........all the time, or just started recently like 4 instance withen a months time frame? any drastic changes in the diet withen timeframe?
diet sounds clean but lacking in my opinion. in your quest to control fat gain you may be depriving your body of fuel to nourish the whole body other then just your torn muscles from the gym. before you cleaned up your diet and got really serious about lifting i will assume you didnt have this problem back then when your diet was dirty.
for a growing young man with moderate activity you should be consuming more food i think.
