I've had the problem for a long while. I was just so used to it before I thought this was the way things were supposed to be.
Lets just say my sex life matches my testosterone levels. Its on the "normal" meter, but its damn near the bottom of that meter. My girlfriend doesn't even notice the issue, everything is good for her, but on my part i know things should be .. harder and as time goes on its gettin worse and worse.
It was like this before i was serious about lifting but back then I wasn't as sexually active and I didn't notice that this wasn't right.
What would u reccomend I add to my diet?
Also, the additional test results came in. Free Testosterone was at an 11.5, normal range 12.5 - 40 they said.
