Potassium will be your friends forevah! Supplement with potasium and/or eat lots of bananas. Also, you should consider checking your sodium intake. Surprisingly to many, we do need sodium if we work out regularly. Add like the tip of a teaspoon of table salt to your drink or water before working out and see how it helps. Disregard this if you pig out and have a poor diet.

The OP should also consider massaging the area with icy-hot on a regular basis. He could be having irritated fascia and knots at best (or the offset of ligament inflamation at worse.)

Massage it with icy hot - dig your fingers in it. It will hurt, but it will help you. About two hours later,
