Hi, you may also want to consider that the whey protein - whether a blend or not, if it is sold at a place like GNC or Nutrition House - you know, the supplement shops in the mall - you need to know that these whey proteins are one of the lowest grades of whey out there. Whey is graded in levels from 1-7 (7 being the world's best). I am affilliated with a company that has exclusive rights to whey from New Zealand - no hormones in their cattle, the cattle are grass fed with no herbicides or pesticides.
