I did my research and called up a judge friend of mine and got finally the worst news.
Amy Bates died in Dec. 2006 in a car accident, don't know any details about this but its 100% confirmed from a few other people I have talked to.
Let her rest in peace and I really would have loved to have worked with her. She probably had one of the best looks I have ever seen in my career and I have shot over 1000 models/competitors. She would rank top 10 if not top 5 from my opinion.
