Front/Rear Delt, Lower Back and Abs
[b][color="DarkRed"]Day 3, and so far so good. I really like this idea of a 3 day split though. I've done my 3 days and tomorrow I get to rest, tho' I'll probably do some stretching/yoga. And then it's lather rinse repeat.
Gotta get outdoors at some point this afternoon too.....
Front/rear Delts, Low back and Abs - Trisetting -3x10
A) Forward Cable Raise: 3x10@6e
A) Rear Delt Cable: 3x10@6e
A) O.H B.B Press: 3x10@45
B) Hyper Extension on Ball: 3x10
B) Knees to Chest: 3x10@10e ankle
B) Elbows to Knees: 3x10
C) Hyper Bench, weighted: 3x10@20
C) Cable Crunches: 3x10@26
C) Star Fish ( I had no idea what this was, so I did supermans) 3x10/side
Cardio: 10mins jump rope - PRIOR to lifting
10mins treadmill: 11%incline @ 3.4mph - AFTER lifting.
Today's Eats:
M1) 1c kashi go lean, 1c f.f milk
M2) PWO shake, 11 almonds and 1/2 banana
M3) hummus, mixed veggies and 2oz tuna
M4) 2oz tuna
M5) chicken a la king
M6) protein n' water
Here's my eats according to plan. My other day's eats weren't bad, but not worth noting as reference.
