Back to the point of the "cowardly" comment.
Yet again Jonah Goldberg put up an argument that cannot withstand even the slightest critical analysis. He attempts to change the argument in order to support his flawed interpretation. The argument by Holder was not for the average citizen to confront one another on race. The argument was that in the context of a national election in which a black man was running a great many white folks declined to vote for him because he is black, and they would not admit that publicly. I don't know about where you live, but I know alot of people that were sick to death of Bush but very quietly admitted ( to other white people ) that they could not vote for a black man.
If Obama were white, he'd have carried 60+ percent...no doubt.
And I contend that he just might have carried Texas...
